Alhamdulillah, insya'Allah we will be having the conference on 4th & 5th Dec 2010. One of the esteemed speakers is Shaykh Mahy Cisse, a spiritual guide in the Tijani path, the son, grandson and great-grandson of a great ulama', a person of great knowledge.
Also invited is Dr Afifi Al-Akiti, who studied with great ulama' in the pesantren, and has since gone on to attain first class degree in Scholastic Philosophy, and is currently lecturing at Oxford University.
Then there is Shaykh Afeefudin, who is a familiar face to all of us, a man who is modest and comes from a fine lineage. Habib Hasan Al-Attas will also be giving a short talk, insya'Allah. The full lineup, as indicated below.
