I find it extremely disappointing to know that some people choose to be friends only with people within their group and form "cliques". It is ridiculous that they should forget that all of us are Muslims. And if we look at the wider spectrum, we are all humans. So why must a person be nice only to those who are in his group and antagonize those who are not in his group? Is this right? Is this tasawuf? This is definitely not the brotherhood Shaykh talks about. Elitist attitude is not part of Islam. Funny how people want to be Shaykhs and talk as if they know a person's spiritual well-being. Don't talk about wahabbism if you cannot practice sufism.
